Terms & Refund Policy

What you receive
Every AXIS client receives the following, in this order:
- The AXIS Intake Questionnaire — sent within 24 hours of enrollment. 86 questions across seven life domains. Estimated completion time: 60–90 minutes.
- Your AXIS Diagnostic Document — delivered within 5 business days of submitting your completed questionnaire. Includes your full diagnostic portrait, domain scores, wound map, 3-month personalised plan, resistance points, and trajectory forecast.
Clients enrolled in the Full Coaching Programme additionally receive:
- An Onboarding Call — 60 minutes, conducted within the first week of enrollment. Scheduled within 24 hours of payment.
- 12 weekly 60-minute coaching sessions — conducted via video or voice, beginning the week after document delivery.
- Async support — email access to the coach between sessions, with a 24-hour response time on business days.
- Post-programme follow-up — a structured 60-minute check-in 90 days after the programme ends.
Client obligations
To receive the full value of the programme, clients agree to:
- Complete the questionnaire within 7 days of payment. Honest answers only — not polished, not considered, first instinct. If the questionnaire is not submitted within 14 days with no prior communication, the programme is cancelled and a 50% refund is issued.
- Attend scheduled sessions. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Each client may reschedule once per programme. A second missed session without 24-hour notice is forfeited — no refund, no replacement.
Cancellation & refund policy
The following table sets out the refund applicable in each scenario:
Questionnaire not submitted within 14 days, no communication
50% refund. Enrollment cancelled, spot reopened.
Client withdraws after payment, before the AXIS document is delivered
50% refund. The onboarding call and questionnaire review represent significant time and are non-refundable.
Client withdraws after the AXIS document is delivered
No refund. The document represents the core intellectual deliverable. Remaining coaching sessions are forfeited.
AXIS fails to deliver the document within 5 business days with no prior communication
Full refund or pro-rata refund for undelivered services, at client's discretion.
Coach misses more than one session without adequate notice
Pro-rata refund for the remaining undelivered sessions.
The AXIS Diagnostic (standalone) follows the same policy: 50% refund if withdrawn before document delivery, no refund after delivery.
How refunds are processed
All refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of the refund being approved. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and the reason for the request.
Confidentiality
All client information — questionnaire answers, document contents, session notes — is strictly confidential. AXIS does not share, publish, or use client material for any purpose other than delivering your programme. Coaches have signed confidentiality agreements as a condition of working with AXIS. Intellectual property
The AXIS diagnostic document produced for you is yours. The methodology, questionnaire, prompts, and processes used to produce it are the proprietary intellectual property of AXIS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which AXIS is registered.
