Enter the email where your Diagnostic should arrive. Payment comes first, then the questionnaire: 92 questions in 60–90 minutes of focused work, typed or spoken. You can pause and resume. Answer specifically and candidly; uncertainty is useful when it is true. Optional voice dictation uses your browser or device’s speech-recognition service, which may process audio outside AXIS; type instead if you prefer not to use it.

AI assists synthesis of the Portrait. The Companion and text edition are deterministic derivatives that make no separate AI-model request. Diagnostics that pass automated quality and safety checks before release are delivered automatically; if a check flags an issue, delivery is held for review rather than sending unchecked work. Your Diagnostic answers are not used for marketing or AXIS model training and are shared only with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Paid Diagnostics include one correction pass under the Terms. Seven days after delivery of your current Diagnostic, AXIS may send one non-promotional service-quality feedback request through Resend. Your private Diagnostic page lets you object or opt out; feedback is optional and private unless you separately permit one exact quote, anonymously or with your name, and the feedback request asks you not to include new sensitive details.
Coaching is a separate human-led service, available through an application and mutual-fit process after a Diagnostic. The Diagnostic remains complete on its own.
