AXIS Coaching is a separate human-led self-development service available after a completed Diagnostic. The Diagnostic is the complete first step and is designed to stand alone. Once you have received it, you may apply for human-led coaching through a mutual-fit process. No invitation is required, and applying does not imply that coaching is the right next step for either side.

Your Diagnostic Portrait, mobile 90-Day Companion, and Complete Text Edition are delivered within 24–48 hours of questionnaire submission. AI assists the Portrait; the Companion and text edition are deterministic derivatives that make no separate AI-model request.

Every coaching engagement is delivered directly with a human coach. The Diagnostic establishes the working agenda from its evidence and implementation plan; you validate the underlying hypotheses and approve the target goals before work begins.

Coach-only material stays private
Internal notes and coaching hypotheses are never presented as hidden truth about you. Access is limited to the people delivering the engagement.
Call summaries require notice
If call-summary software is used, you are told before recording or transcription begins and can opt out. Summaries are stored in your private coaching workspace and are not used for marketing or model training.
Progress must be observable
Each engagement defines practical measures, experiments, and review points. Insight without changed behaviour is not treated as proof of progress.
