Who we are

AXIS is a psychological coaching programme operated at axismethod.io. References to "AXIS", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the operator of this service.

We take privacy seriously — particularly given the nature of what we do. The information you share with AXIS is sensitive. We handle it accordingly.

What information we collect

We collect information in the following circumstances:

• When you complete the pre-application form — your answers to the five application questions and your name or email if provided.
• When you complete the intake questionnaire — your responses across all 86 questions, covering psychology, family, identity, career, relationships, money, and health.
• When you make a payment — billing information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by AXIS.
• When you communicate with us — any emails, messages, or session notes exchanged during the programme.

How we use your information

Your information is used exclusively to deliver your programme. Specifically:

• Your questionnaire answers are used to produce your AXIS diagnostic document.
• Your document is shared with your assigned coach to prepare for sessions.
• Session notes and check-in responses are used by your coach to support ongoing work.
• Your contact details are used to communicate with you about your programme.

We do not use your personal information for marketing, research, or any purpose other than delivering your programme.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with AXIS is strictly confidential. Your diagnostic document, questionnaire answers, and session content are never shared, discussed, or referenced outside your direct coaching relationship.

Your coach has signed a confidentiality agreement as a condition of working with AXIS. Client material is never used as case studies, examples, or training data without explicit written consent.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We use the following tools to operate the programme:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
• Typeform — intake questionnaire delivery. Responses are transferred securely and stored in our coaching management system.
• Notion — internal client records. Access is restricted to authorised programme staff only.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection law, you have the following rights:

• Access — you can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure — you can ask us to delete your personal data. We will comply unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
• Portability — you can request your data in a portable format.
• Objection — you can object to how we process your data.

Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your programme and for a period of two years after it ends, in case of follow-up or queries. After this period, all personal data is securely deleted unless you have requested otherwise or we are legally required to retain it.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tools.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active clients by email before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
