01
Developmental roots
The specific childhood and formative experiences that created the patterns operating in your life today. Named precisely — not as a type, but as your particular history.
02
Core limiting beliefs
Not categories. The precise sentences running underneath your behaviour — the specific convictions keeping you circling, traced to their origin and mapped against their present cost.
03
Behavioural patterns
The specific loops that repeat across domains. Named with their function — what each pattern is successfully achieving — because understanding the function is the only route to changing it.
04
Attachment & wound map
How your early relational templates are operating in your adult relationships, career decisions, and self-perception. A 2×2 matrix showing exactly which blueprint is running.
05
3-month plan
Not generic advice. A specific plan built from your answers — monthly focus, daily practice, resistance points, and the one sacrifice required for the plan to actually work.
06
Trajectory forecast
Two honest paths — 3 years and 5 years. Path A if you do the work. Path B if nothing changes. Path B is not softened. Most clients describe it as the most useful thing in the document.

Five frameworks.
One portrait.

AXIS synthesises the most rigorously evidenced frameworks in psychological science into a single diagnostic instrument — specific to you, not a category. Click each to expand.

01
Freudian Foundations
Defence mechanisms are not pathologies — they are adaptive strategies.
+
Repression, projection, rationalisation, displacement — the psyche installs these at a moment of necessity and rarely uninstalls them. The diagnostic names each defence precisely: what it is, what it was originally protecting, and what it is currently costing.
02
Adlerian Psychology
Every pattern, however self-defeating, is solving a problem.
+
Alfred Adler established that human behaviour is purposeful. The question is never "why does this person keep doing this?" It is "what is this behaviour successfully achieving?" Every pattern is traced to its original logic — because understanding the function is the only route to changing it.
03
Jungian Shadow Work
What you disown does not disappear. It operates from below.
+
Carl Jung identified the shadow — the parts of the self that were rejected or suppressed — as the primary source of unconscious drive. The portrait maps the shadow layer: what has been disowned, what it is doing from that position, and what becomes available when it is named.
04
Attachment Theory
Early relational templates become the blueprint for adult life.
+
Bowlby and Ainsworth demonstrated that the relational patterns formed in early childhood become the unconscious blueprint for every significant relationship, career decision, and self-perception in adult life. The attachment profile identifies which blueprint is running — and where it is making decisions the conscious mind believes it is making freely.
05
Limiting Beliefs & Core Wounds
Not categories — the precise sentences operating underneath behaviour.
+
The diagnostic surfaces the exact beliefs running beneath the pattern. Not "you have low self-worth" — the specific sentence: the conviction keeping someone circling, traced to its formative origin and mapped against its present-day cost.
"
I've been in therapy. I've worked with coaches. Nothing came close to this level of specificity. It named patterns I'd felt operating for years but never had words for — and things I hadn't let myself acknowledge before seeing them written down. I expected something clinical and detached. I didn't expect to feel genuinely seen by a document.

"
The accuracy surprised me. I'd felt all of these things for years — but having them laid out as distinct patterns, each with a clear origin and a name, made it dramatically easier to actually work with them. What struck me most was how personal it felt. Not like a report. Like someone had taken the time to actually study me.

What people ask before they buy.

What exactly is in the document?+

15–20 pages built entirely from your answers: developmental roots, three core limiting beliefs with their protective functions, behavioural patterns with self-directed questions, domain scores across seven areas, a core wound map, an attachment profile, a 3-month plan with monthly tasks and daily practice, resistance points, and a trajectory forecast for two paths. Everything is specific to what you said — nothing drawn from a general type or category.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?+

Therapy focuses on processing. Coaching focuses on goals. AXIS produces a diagnostic map — where your patterns come from, how they operate now, and exactly what would have to change. It is a starting point, not a treatment. Many clients use it as a foundation for their existing therapeutic or coaching work, or as a standalone document to work from independently.

Is this really that accurate, or does it just feel accurate?+

This is the right question. Every observation is traceable to something specific you said in the questionnaire. The methodology is built to prevent generalisation — if a detail is absent or ambiguous in your answers, the document notes the gap rather than filling it with something plausible. The sample documents on the main site are the clearest demonstration of what specificity looks like in practice.

What's the beta ask in return?+

After you receive your document, you'll get a short feedback form — five questions, ten minutes. What landed, what felt off, what surprised you. That's it. No calls, no follow-up obligations. Your response is used to improve the methodology for future versions. You can also choose to provide a testimonial, but it's entirely optional and always anonymous.

What happens after the beta closes?+

The diagnostic returns to its standard price of €400. Beta participants who want to go deeper into the full coaching programme receive a priority invitation — first access to available spots at the standard programme rate.
